Main Street Reno + Addition
Nestled in the heart of Wellington, Prince Edward County, this project presented two unique challenges. Firstly, we undertook the restoration and renovation of the late 1800s farmhouse, preserving its historical charm while ensuring its functionality for modern living. Secondly, we designed an addition to increase the house's square footage, blending seamlessly with the farmhouse's character while introducing a touch of contemporary style.
The aim of the project was to create a space where our clients could relish their weekends, indulging in the company of friends amidst the charms of the locale. Architecturally, our objective was to strike a delicate balance between modern aesthetics and traditional allure as to not feel out of place in the area, but still clearly communicate its modernity.
